In September 2024, Ironmouse’s video-on-demand (VOD) channel on YouTube was temporarily removed due to repeated copyright infringement notices from an external source.
The only method available for challenging those assertions was by disclosing personal data to a third party, which Mouse refused to do, since maintaining anonymity is a key aspect of her role as a VTuber.
On September 20th, Ironmouse found herself taken aback once more as YouTube took down her primary channel. Additionally, she disclosed that a legal team was actively working to overturn the restrictions imposed.
