inZOI - Console (PS5, PS4, Xbox) Release

As a dedicated fan with decades of gaming under my belt, I can’t help but feel a mix of excitement and anticipation as I eagerly await the release of inZOI. The thought of a worthy competitor to The Sims series has been tantalizing us for quite some time now. With its stunning visuals and unique gameplay mechanics, it promises to be a breath of fresh air in the life simulator genre.

As a devoted admirer of The Sims series for quite some time now, I’ve long felt its uniqueness in the realm of life simulators. Yet, it appears that this tranquility might soon be disrupted with the impending arrival of inZOI – a stunning life simulator on the horizon. Although its official launch is yet to come (possibly with an early access opportunity towards the end of this year), enthusiasts like myself can already immerse themselves in the Character Studio, crafting our own avatars within inZOI. Needless to say, our eagerness only grows and we’re eagerly waiting for the chance to delve into the game itself. The game is slated for release on PC, but what about consoles, I hear you ask? Allow me to enlighten you.

inZOI – Console (PS5, PS4, Xbox) Release

For those anticipating the console launch of inZOI, take comfort knowing you’re not the only one. Countless other gamers share your enthusiasm. In the official Discord channel and FAQs, it’s been made clear that developers plan to release an early access version towards the end of this year. Given this Early Access (EA) mention, we can infer that this will be a PC release rather than console-based. However, for those wondering about consoles, the FAQ addresses this concern too: the developers are working on bringing inZOI to consoles at a later date.

What platforms will the game be on?

It is currently on PC (Steam) and is later expected to be on consoles like PS5 and Xbox.

It’s important to note that “expected” doesn’t mean the same as “will happen”, but we can anticipate a high likelihood of PS5 and Xbox series X|S versions of the game. If EA plans to roll out the game later this year, it seems reasonable to speculate that the console version will follow close behind the PC 1.0 release. Typically, such releases take about a year, so a release date for consoles around late 2025 or early 2026 is quite plausible.
