Insane! Fans Offer Thousands for Viral Charizard-Shaped Flamin’ Hot Cheeto!

One of the most preposterously valued Pokemon merchandise ever made has been selling for large amounts following its initial viral sensation, which occurred years back when it was found tucked inside a bag of Flamin’ Hot Cheetos.

Children, is there a chance you’re fond of Charizard? Absolutely! Here’s an interesting tidbit: Back in 2024, 1st and Goal Collectibles from Georgia stumbled upon something extraordinary during a clean-up. They unearthed what they called their “Cheetozard” hidden at the back.

The Cheetozard is essentially a Cheeto molded into the form of Charizard, yet its coolness was undeniable. As a result, they chose to maintain this snack’s shape and encase it within a Pokémon trading card-style design.

In the end, according to Polygon, Arena Club obtained the Flamin’ Hot Cheeto after witnessing a Pikachu-shaped Cheeto sell for $26,000. They later made it a prize in a mystery card pack, and one fortunate buyer was able to claim it – an acquisition that likely left their fingers stained orange.

On February 10th, the Cheetozard reappeared, appearing this time at the Goldin auction – and enthusiasts are placing substantial bids for this unofficial piece of Pokemon lore.

Viral “Cheetozard” has Pokemon fans opening their wallets

As a passionate Pokémon enthusiast myself, I’m thrilled to share that the auction for the rare collectibles is nearing its close on March 1st. However, the buzz around it has been electrifying with some substantial bids already pouring in from fellow fans!

On February 20th, the highest bid for the Cheetos surpassed $1,000 and continued climbing up to reach $1,500, followed by a couple more bids afterwards.

As I’m typing this, the highest offer stands at an astonishing $2,100 – that’s quite a hefty sum for just one Cheeto, considering the effects of inflation.

In 2017, a Cheeto shaped like Harambe sold for $100,000 on eBay, and that’s not even the most popular Cheeto in terms of sales.

We’ll need to observe the final selling price of the Cheetozard and determine if it manages to surpass some of the priciest Pokemon cards on record.
