The Evo Awards are returning after a successful first year in 2025. They celebrate the most exciting plays, best matches, and dedicated people who made a big impact on the fighting game community over the past year.

Whether it was KojiKOG’s funny outburst during his match against GO1 at Evo Las Vegas, or Team Bandits’ exciting win over FlyQuest in the Street Fighter League US Finals, there were tons of memorable moments… and the fighting game community itself gets to decide which ones stand out the most.

Fans can once again nominate their favorite people in the fighting game community – including content creators, meme-makers, and cosplayers – to celebrate their contributions throughout 2025, just like they did last year.

How to nominate someone for the Evo Awards

You can submit your choices for the competition on the official Evo website (link provided). The nomination period begins on December 9, 2025, and closes on January 9, 2026.

Where to watch the Evo Awards
