In the game Elden Ring Nightreign, you have the ability to add skins to your Nightfarer characters. However, the game isn’t very clear about where you can go to change or buy new cosmetics, making it difficult for players to customize their in-game look with the available skins. As a result, some players might unwittingly spend their in-game resources on other items instead.

How to unlock skins in Elden Ring Nightreign
In Elden Ring Nightreign, you’ll be able to access new skins by participating in Expeditions and defeating the final bosses when the circle no longer shrinks. On the third day of the Tricephalos expedition, you’ll encounter the powerful Gladius, Beast of Night. Overcoming him will reward you with the Old Pocketwatch, a crucial item needed to unlock the Duchess class.
Following this, embark on another journey titled “Gaping Jaw”. On the third day of this adventure, you’ll encounter a massive door once more to confront “Adel, Knight of Darkness“. He is the second character from the Night Lords you’ll meet sequentially. Defeat him and you’ll return to the Roundtable Hold with your prizes. A cutscene will then unfold, featuring an NPC who will discuss dresses with you. Upon conclusion of this scene, you’ll have unlocked the outfits for the Nightfarer character in the game that you’ve previously earned.
How to change skins in Elden Ring Nightreign
After you’ve accessed the skins, navigate your way to the dresser located at the Roundtable Hold by moving towards the left path heading towards the eastern side until you reach a room featuring a fireplace. Alternatively, press ‘M’ on your keyboard to open the map and select the “change garb” option on the left side, which will instantly place you in front of the mirror near the fireplace. Here, feel free to interact with it to explore the skins for each character within the game.
To acquire the skins in this game, you’ll need a currency called Murk. Right now, there are only two skins available for each class, but more might be added with future DLCs. Once you customize your character’s appearance using the dresser for the first time, you’ll earn the “Dresser” achievement.
