How to Solve Boiler Room Puzzle in Black Ops 6 (BO6)

As a seasoned gamer with over two decades under my belt, I’ve navigated through countless digital labyrinths, and Black Ops 6‘s Safehouse puzzle was no exception. The maze of rooms and corridors had me reminiscing about my days as a rat in a maze at the county fair. But alas, the boiler room puzzle was the real challenge!

In Call of Duty: Black Ops 6, the Safehouse is brimming with brain-teasers, and the Safehouse itself is quite a conundrum that might leave you baffled. The labyrinth of rooms and passages, stretching from upstairs to underground, can be quite daunting. After managing to uncover the hidden door near the piano, you may feel you’ve cracked the code, but don’t let your guard down! To unlock the entire basement, you’ll need to solve the boiler room riddle, and that’s no walk in the park. Keep reading for some tips on how to conquer this puzzle.

Black Ops 6 – How to Activate the Boiler

To reach the boiler room, follow the corridor beyond the computer room until you come across a door on your left at the end. Descend the stairs that follow, then enter the subsequent room where the boiler is located. Inside this room, you’ll discover a note on the table containing a hint for solving the current puzzle. In this room, you will find two valves marked “fuel” and “boiler,” as well as a pilot switch. Here’s how to crack the code:

  1. First, turn off the boiler by interacting with it twice.
  2. Next, set the fuel valve to half by interacting with it once. The arrow on the panel above the pilot switch should point up.
  3. Turn on the pilot switch. You should hear a buzzing sound with a single “ding”, and the light will change from red to yellow.
  4. Finally, interact with the boiler twice to turn it on. If done correctly, you’ll hear three “ding” sounds, and the light near the pilot switch will turn green.

Now you can return to the piano, go down the stairs, and open the door to the basement.
