Twitch recap requirements for viewers and creators
Twitch will share a community summary for 2025 that everyone can see. However, individual summaries for viewers and creators will only be sent to those who are actively using the platform.
To get the benefit, Twitch requires you to either watch at least 10 hours of streams or broadcast your own content for 10 hours between October 31, 2024, and October 31, 2025.
In 2025, Twitch users sent over 45 billion messages, with “Just Chatting” being the most popular type of conversation.
The Community Recap shows that PEAK, Marvel Rivals, and Battlefield 6 were the most popular new video games people watched recently.
