At present, you can design your own shirts, pants, skirts, necklaces, and watches.

After achieving your desired appearance for the item, remember to press the tiny blue “Save” button situated at the bottom of the screen. Failing to do so might cause you to lose the item and necessitate creating it anew if you navigate away from this page without clicking the button.
