The conflict known as the Dance of the Dragons has fully erupted into widespread and destructive battles across the kingdom as House of the Dragon returns for its third season.
As a huge fan, I was so excited to finally get a glimpse of what’s next for House of the Dragon! It’s been almost two years since season 2 left us with those armies gearing up for war, and the first trailer for season 3 is finally here. We’re getting a real look at the battles coming for Rhaenyra and Aegon’s sides, and it’s promising a lot of action. Plus, the trailer showed us the return of some characters we’ve been waiting to see again – definitely getting me hyped!
Season 3 of House of the Dragon is officially coming to HBO in the summer of 2026, and a new poster confirms it will premiere in June. HBO has also announced that Season 4 will follow in 2028.
