Legendary WWE Hall of Famer, ‘Stone Cold’ Steve Austin, swiftly declined a $1 million proposition from Logan Paul for an exciting, Prime-enhanced WrestleMania scene without any hesitation.
At WrestleMania 41’s second night, a memorable event unfolded as Logan Paul, an influential figure, faced off against the legendary AJ Styles on the most spectacular stage of them all. New champions emerged and revered figures were honored during this passing spectacle of WrestleMania.
During the weekend, it was Paul’s significant moment in the spotlight, yet his beverage company, Prime, was consistently showcased as a prominent sponsor for WWE. At one instance, even former UFC champion Israel Adesanya flaunted his diamond-studded Prime necklace on camera.
In another scenario, Prime might have garnered an even larger following if Paul’s plans had materialized. On his Impaulsive podcast, the popular internet personality disclosed that WWE legend Steve Austin declined a massive seven-figure offer.

Stone Cold rejects Logan Paul’s $1 million offer
As a die-hard fan, let me share with you that Paul himself revealed that Prime Company proposed an astonishing $1 million contract for Stone Cold’s appearance at WrestleMania 41, provided he was game to represent them by showing up with a towering Prime bottle, following the trend set by notable figures such as KSI and IShowSpeed in past events.
Paul chuckled as he explained, “We gave Steve a million dollars to appear on our Prime bottle’s label, but he declined. Instead, unfortunately, he hit a woman with an ATV.
As a devoted fan, I’d put it this way: “Regardless of the figure involved, it’s a hard ‘no’ for Paul entering that wrestling world again, not a chance.” Jeff Levin, his manager, made that clear. The WWE audience would be furious if that happened.
Humorously, Paul stated that Austin didn’t give it a second thought. It was an instant refusal from a legendary figure in sports entertainment, who has certainly earned a substantial income throughout his career.
Paul discusses his $1M offer to Stone Cold at the 40:19 mark below.
Instead of using Stone Cold’s usual toast with a beer, they decided to switch it up by offering bottles of Prime instead. Unbeknownst to Paul, Austin is involved in the beverage sector himself, having his own Broken Skull Beers brand. In front of an audience of 60,000 people in Las Vegas, he even took a swig from one of his beer bottles live on stage.
