
Christian Bale is in talks to star in Michael Mann’s upcoming sequel to his classic 1995 film, Heat. The original movie featured Al Pacino as a Los Angeles detective and Robert De Niro as the criminal he was trying to catch.
Sources at Deadline report that Christian Bale is in discussions to star in a new Amazon MGM and United Artists project. Leonardo DiCaprio is also being considered for a leading role, though it’s not yet known which characters either actor would play.
