As per recent updates, Heartstopper will conclude its storyline not with another season, but with a movie instead.

The upcoming “Heartstopper” movie will be based on Oseman’s last and concluding graphic novel of the same name, which consists of six volumes in total, with the sixth one yet to be completed. Oseman has hinted that she might finish this work prior to the end of the TV series, as she is also working on the screenplay for the film.

Despite fans hoping for another season of Nick and Charlie’s tale, their love story will instead receive a fitting conclusion. Actors Kit Connor and Joe Locke are set to reprise their roles and serve as executive producers in the upcoming movie. Production for the Heartstopper film is slated to start this summer.

Their friends, too, will face fresh hurdles. As of now, Netflix has not announced any additional cast members apart from Connor and Locke.
