In the fourth episode of ‘Suits’, entitled ‘Batman Returns’, viewers who loved the initial series will have a compelling reason to watch again; this installment is like an unstoppable wrecking ball about to hit you!
The debut of Suits LA got off to a rocky beginning. However, the show has seen a substantial increase in viewership thanks to streaming on Peacock, bumping its initial viewership from approximately 2.61 million viewers to more than 4.7 million. Unfortunately, critical and audience reception, as reflected by Rotten Tomatoes scores, have been quite poor, averaging around 40%.
The venture was essentially a significant risk all along. It’s plausible that the spinoff received approval largely due to Suits’ resurgence in popularity on streaming platforms. While Peacock played a role, it was Netflix that significantly boosted its standing among other titles in 2023.
However, if you’re thinking about ditching the new series, you may want to wait one more week.
Harvey Specter returns in Suits LA Episode 4
In the upcoming Episode 4 of Suits LA, NBC has unveiled a sneak peek, revealing that Gabriel Macht will once again take on the character of Harvey Specter in next week’s airing.
In this brief scene (apparently a flashback since Eddie seems alive), Ted is seen sitting with Eddie and Harvey at a bar. Instead of ordering Guinness, as one might expect, Harvey requests, “We won’t be having that… Three glasses of Macallan 25-year-old Scotch instead.
It was possibly when Ted encountered Harvey, given that they’re long-standing friends who studied at the same university, and Ted held a position as a federal prosecutor in New York.
Previously, the risk of defying a mafia leader leads Ted to seek help from an old acquaintance. (or simply: Ted seeks aid from an old friend due to the peril of crossing a mafia boss.)
Macht told Extra TV that he is here to help out with the show, offer some support, and express his faith in it. He believes in its potential, finds it exciting, and thinks it makes sense for people to return for a while.
Here’s an even more conversational way of putting it: Macht told Extra TV that he’s eager to lend a hand with the show, give it some backing, and let everyone know that he trusts in its success. He finds it thrilling, thinks it’s worth investing time in, and encourages people to stick around for a bit longer.
Ted and Harvey share a common background, and when one sends a message, the other seems to respond. I believe they have a strong bond, and their friendship runs deep. Currently, Ted is facing some personal struggles that are reminiscent of how Harvey reacts to certain situations.
Besides that, Rick Hoffman will indeed play Louis Litt during the first season, but it won’t happen next week.
