A week following the launch of “The Warsong” update for “Hades II,” Supergiant Games rolled out Patch 8. While the list of modifications is extensive, they are all bug fixes and balance tweaks. You can review them in the developer’s official announcement. The update has been implemented across both the Steam and Epic Games Store versions of the game.

A couple of months following Hades II’s early access debut, the development studio Supergiant Games rolled out an equally substantial update known as “The Warsong.” This significant patch offers numerous enhancements to gameplay and introduces none other than the god of war himself into the action. The complete set of modifications is detailed in the developer’s original post. Additionally, they addressed some small glitches and made adjustments to various items and characters as well.

  1. Ares – the Greek god of war – joined the game with his boons.
  2. Players can participate in “The Final Confrontation” on Mount Olympus.
  3. We got another familiar. It’s an animal resembling a ferret.
  4. New card designs have appeared at the revamped Altar of Ashes.
  5. At the crossroads, the main protagonist will be able to sing a duet with the goddess Artemis.
  6. Over 2,000 lines of dialogue and several musical pieces have been added.
  7. The developers introduced new boons for gods other than the aforementioned Ares, as well as events and challenging opponents.

Supergiant Games continues its efforts and has begun developing the next significant update, set to roll out to players within a few months. However, the company is yet to provide a specific timeline for when the complete game will be released.

As an ardent fan, I can’t help but share my excitement about the recent update in Hades II! Prior to the patch, approximately 1500-3000 of us were concurrently immersed in this captivating title on Steam. But since the update, the number has soared to over 10,000! Though it’s a considerable increase, it still pales in comparison to the staggering 103,567 players who simultaneously engaged with Hades II at its peak.
