Ghost of Yotei’s age rating confirms return of iconic hot springs feature

The Spirit of Mount Yotei looks forward to the reopening of its warm springs, and it’s been made official that “bare bottoms” will once again be offered as an option.

In the initial game, Ghost of Tsushima, there were tranquil hot springs, offering a momentary respite for the main character, Jin Sakai.

Immersion in the spring restores Jin’s highest health level, providing a moment for the seasoned swordsman to ponder his history. Notably, it also offered parched gamers an opportunity to observe Jin without his clothing.

On September 24, 2024, the Ghost of Yotei was unveiled, leading many fans to ponder if hot springs would reappear, and indeed, they will.

Ghost of Yotei hot springs will feature partial nudity

On the ESRB’s official site, Ghost of Yotei is classified as suitable for mature audiences aged 17 and up, not only due to the depiction of graphic beheadings of enemies, but also because of other mature themes mentioned in its description.

Throughout the game’s progression, I found myself observing a scene where Atsu, the main character from Ghost of Yotei, seemed to be immersed in a hot spring, with her backside briefly visible.

For those who cherish natural beauty, especially full moons, you’re in for a wonderful sight. As for video game enthusiasts, or armchair samurais as we might call them, they’ll likely head to the hot spring for the in-game perks, not just to admire Atsu’s physique.
