Although “Mission: Impossible” may be wrapping up this year, another franchise has a new movie releasing this year that’s generating quite a buzz.

YRF Spy Franchise Is Releasing Their Next Movie With War 2

And It Comes Out In Just Three Months

This year will bring us another thrilling sequel in the action genre, with the premiere of the Indian movie “War 2”. This film continues the Yash Raj Films (YRF) spy series and serves as a follow-up to the 2019 global adventure film “War”. The plot revolves around the character of Kabir (played by Hrithik Roshan), a secret agent who becomes a renegade after a mission to capture a terrorist fails. Simultaneously, Kabir finds himself pursued by another agent known as Khalid.

In the upcoming sequel to “War,” titled “War 2,” Siddharth Anand takes over from Ayan Mukerji as director. Similar to the first film, Hrithik Roshan will continue in his role as Kabir. Additionally, the star-studded cast of War 2 includes N.T. Rama Rao Jr. and Kiara Advani. The release date for this highly anticipated movie is scheduled for August 14, 2025. A thrilling teaser trailer for War 2 has been unveiled, hinting at Kabir’s encounter with a new adversary in the second installment.
