Funko Fusion Is Finally Here On Steam and Consoles

As a lifelong enthusiast of all things pop culture and gaming, I can barely contain my excitement for Funko Fusion! Having grown up immersed in various franchises from Five Nights at Freddy’s to Child’s Play, it’s truly remarkable to witness the culmination of so many beloved characters in a single game.

The Funko Fusion game has arrived on PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X/S, and Steam, and you can even find some retailers carrying its physical editions. Although it’s not available just yet on PS4 or Nintendo Switch, don’t worry, as it will be released in December, with a Nintendo Switch physical version coming along in March 2025.

According to Jason Bischoff, Vice President of Licensing and Business Development at Funko, Funko Fusion is the type of game that every studio aspires to create but few manage to pull off. It’s entertaining and humorous, with a touch of mischief and an element of surprise, all while maintaining a strong foundation in heartfelt sincerity and storytelling.

In this innovative action-adventure title, more than 60 characters from approximately 20 distinct series are seamlessly combined, such as Five Nights at Freddy’s, Child’s Play, Hot Fuzz, Mega Man, and numerous others. Bischoff mentioned that the team diligently sought out suitable collaborators for this project over several years.

It may come as a surprise to many given the number of IPs involved, but Funko Fusion is actually the first game released by 10:10 Games. The team behind this company is beaming with pride over their debut creation, Funko Fusion, a title that embodies ambition, joy, and a playful homage to pop culture. This sentiment was shared by Arthur Parsons, co-founder and Head of Publishing at 10:10 Games.

“Funko Fusion is about celebrating fandom, the stories and characters we all love in our uniquely irreverent yet authentic style, and we’re so excited to be able to share it today with the immensely passionate fans that we made it for,” Parsons added.
