As someone who has spent countless hours in the realm of Honkai Impact 3rd and having seen the rise and fall of many characters, I must say that Fugue has truly captured my heart. Her life story is one of resilience and determination, much like the journey of every player trying to conquer the game’s ever-challenging battles.

In the game Honkai: Star Rail, Fugue functions more like a Harmony unit despite being categorized as Nihility. This is because her gameplay style resembles Tingyun’s, where she applies a buff to an ally for three turns, enhancing their ability to deal Break Damage effectively.

Absolutely, in the role of a character from Nihility, she must demonstrate her worthiness by inflicting debuffs. Fugue has the ability to lower an opponent’s defense, but what sets her apart is her unique trait: increasing the enemy’s durability. This additional toughness makes enemies susceptible to receiving Break Damage more frequently.

Best Fugue Relics In Honkai: Star Rail

To get the most out of Fugue, it’s best to construct her with SPD (Speed) and Break Effect as key attributes. Notably, some of her abilities inherently reduce enemies’ DEF (Defense) with a consistent 100% probability. By slightly enhancing her Effect Hit Rate, you can increase her likelihood of successfully applying this debuff on tougher opponents and bosses. However, if Fugue already has an Effect Hit Rate between 60-70% due to her Light Cone and Sub-stats, any additional boost may not be necessary.

Reflecting on my recent gaming experiences with the captivating character in Break Effect, I’ve found that crafting a four-piece set of Thief of Shooting Meteor offers the highest Break Effect, coupled with additional Energy when she shatters an enemy’s resilience. This setup aligns beautifully with her supportive role, allowing me to persistently deplete monsters’ defenses using my ultimate ability.

In the game Honkai: Star Rail, if you’re working with Planar Ornaments, consider enhancing Fugue using the Forge of the Kalpagni Lantern to boost her Speed (SPD) and Break Effect by an additional 40%, given that she is a Fire unit. Since Fugue functions as a Support character, aim to maximize her Speed to secure more turns. To do this effectively, activating the second passive of Talia’s Kingdom of Banditry set will be easier, which in turn grants Fugue an extra 36% Break Effect for better performance.

Apart from using Fugue conventionally, you could also utilize Sprightly Vonwacq to boost her Speed (SPD) and ensure she initiates every fight. This strategy enhances her gameplay as she will instantly invoke the Foxian Prayer status on a teammate and dive into her Torrid Scorch state.

Best Fugue Light Cones In Honkai: Star Rail

In the game Honkai: Star Rail, the optimal Light Cone for Fugue is Long Road Leads Home. This item gives her a substantial Break Effect, and also boasts a helpful passive ability that boosts her value as a supportive character within the game.

Persistent Rain and Multiple Sprinklers are effective selections for Fugue as they boost her chance to hit the enemy while also enabling her to weaken adversaries, thus enhancing her team’s damage output. This is advantageous for Fugue given that she possesses area-of-effect attacks in both her basic attack and ultimate skill.

In the game Honkai: Star Rail, before you start the tutorial mission, there are options for Fugue to enhance her abilities such as “Resolution Shines Like Pearls of Sweat” and “Fermata”. The first one, “Resolution Shines Like Pearls of Sweat”, empowers Fugue to reduce even more the defense of her enemies with her attacks. On the other hand, choosing “Fermata” provides Fugue with some additional Effect Hit Rate as well as energy when she attacks an enemy whose defense has been reduced.

Ultimately, another option could be to choose the Free-to-Play, five-star light cone named Solitary Healing for Fugue. This ability provides Fugue with some Break Effect, which is crucial for her character. However, it’s worth noting that Solitary Healing’s effects are rather specialized and may not align perfectly with Fugue’s mechanics.
