Front Mission 2: Remake 1.0.9 brings in reworked localization, UI enhancements, improved animations, and more

Front Mission 2: Remake received an extensive update from Forever Entertainment just in time for the weekend. This latest version features a revamped translation, upgraded user interface, and many other improvements.

Version 1.0.9 of Front Mission 2: Remake, as announced by Forever Entertainment, is expected to release across all platforms. The update includes significant overhauls such as a revamped English localization for the campaign, tutorials, stats, and user interface (UI). Additionally, improvements have been made to the UI in the shop, setup, and battle screens. Enhancements have also been implemented for Quick Battle animations, and numerous fixes have been applied.

The remake of Front Mission 2 is now accessible on Nintendo Switch, PlayStation 5, PlayStation 4, Xbox Series X|S, Xbox One, as well as on personal computers via Steam, Epic Games Store, and GOG.

  • Resolved a problem where attacks triggered by MG Blow, Double Punch, and other multi-hit skills were incorrectly counted as separate skills, breaking skill chains.
  • Fixed unit setup issue during the intermission before Stage 16
  • Various minor bug fixes
