Former McDonald’s chef reveals “healthiest” item you can order

An ex-McDonald’s cook recently disclosed the “healthiest” option on their menu, and surprisingly, it’s not a popular choice or a salad.

You have one egg (70 calories) and one slice of Canadian bacon (lean protein). To add some taste, let’s include a bit of cheese. Lastly, we have an English muffin, which I think is the diet-friendly bread option for this meal.

The former McDonald’s chef also recommended ordering the Big Breakfast without pancakes.

He found a few methods to modify the menu, but these changes might not be as delicious as the dishes on the current menu, he summarized.
