Florida woman goes viral after frogs take over garage in “apocalyptic event”

As a seasoned gamer with a knack for survival games, I must admit, witnessing Lenora Ramsey’s frog invasion has got to be one of the most unexpected and intriguing events I’ve ever experienced, even rivaling those high-stress moments during my marathon gaming sessions.

Approximately two hours elapsed before several hundred (or possibly more than a thousand), tiny frogs managed to settle into a new residence within one Floridian woman’s garage.

Lenora Ramsey, a user on TikTok, was taken aback as she discovered hundreds of tiny frogs hopping from place to place when she unlocked her garage door.

Did you notice if this is related to an end-of-the-world type situation?” she titled her popular TikTok, which racked up more than 5 million views within a single day.

As a gamer, I’ve just relocated to Florida, and let me tell you, there’s an invasion happening here! These tiny green invaders are everywhere – on the walls, in the corners, even in my stuff. It’s like they’re multiplying by the second, coming at me in waves! I can’t help but film these baby frogs overrunning my garage as I exclaim my frustration.

Although the baby frogs were in an unusual spot within her house, Ramsey decided to create a water tray for their sustenance. “I did this,” she explained, “so they wouldn’t perish, and I’m not someone who lets creatures die.” She then humorously added, “Guess I’ve become a frog mom now.

In subsequent TikTok posts, Ramsey shared more about her baby frog predicament that went viral with over 10 million views. She explained that within a span of just two hours, her garage became swarmed by these tiny frogs.

Today, I tidied up the garage, and it looks completely different. It’s been approximately 90 minutes since then. Now, there are likely several hundred, possibly even a thousand items inside.

The following morning, upon checking the frogs residing in her garage, Ramsey observed that a group of them seemed to be departing. She speculated that they were likely making their way towards the nearest water body close to her residence.

The TikToker remarked, “It seems they didn’t plan on staying long, as most have moved on,” while capturing the moment on camera.

Viewers who kept up with the viral frog tale by Ramsey generally concurred that among all potential intruders, frogs would make an ideal choice for inhabiting her home over creatures like roaches or various bugs.

On the 7th of November, I found myself swept up in another wave of heartwarming (or heart-racing, depending on your perspective) animal news. You might have heard that a whopping 43 monkeys managed to break free from the Alpha Genesis research facility in South Carolina! With this development, local law enforcement took it upon themselves to advise us residents to make sure our doors and windows remain securely closed until they provide further updates.
