First Paranormal Activity: Threshold Gameplay Trailer Is Full Of Found-Footage Scares

A new gameplay clip from the upcoming Paranormal Activity video game was shown during a recent livestream. The teaser for Paranormal Activity: Threshold gave viewers a first look at the game, where players will explore a haunted house, solve puzzles, and try to survive encounters with dangerous spirits.

The trailer hinted at a style reminiscent of the popular film series, using shaky, found-footage visuals and building a similar feeling of suspense and unease.

DarkStone Digital, the creators of the 2022 game The Mortuary Assistant, are developing a new game with a unique “Haunt System.” This system will change the kinds and strength of scares players experience, making each playthrough different.
