Today, Final Fantasy VII Rebirth on PC received an update that adds support for DLSS Multi Frame Generation, along with general improvements to stability and performance.
I was so excited to see the official Final Fantasy VII team just dropped the patch notes! Here’s what they’ve shared about the update:
Final Fantasy VII Rebirth has been updated on both Steam and Epic Games Store.
- Bug fixes and functional and stability improvements.
- Added DLSS Multi Frame Generation support.
- Improvements to overall game stability including some bug fixes.

Final Fantasy VII Rebirth is out now for PlayStation 5 and on PC through Steam and the Epic Games Store. You can find my initial thoughts on playing it on the go here, and our full review for the PS5 version here. The game is also planned to release on the upcoming Switch 2 and Xbox consoles.
