‘Ferrari’ Producer Niels Juul’s No Fat Ego Ramps Up Operations as Mark Williams Boards Series on Adidas Founder (EXCLUSIVE)

Film producer Niels Juul, known for movies like “Ferrari” and “Killers of the Flower Moon”, is expanding his business and establishing an office in Rome, Italy, along with a base in Denmark.

After receiving a cash infusion from investors in the U.K. and Sweden, Juul recently appointed Christelle Conan, who was previously with Ingenious Media, as head of their financing and sales division, and Alan Cohen, an experienced finance executive at Warner Bros., as both the company’s Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and financial controller.

They are also set to become part of our team at No Fat Ego, which already includes Kelsey Kummerl, who oversees our LA branch, and Thomas Ernst, who manages our Denmark base.

Following Sofie Nordstrom’s recent exit, having played a pivotal role in revamping NFE’s operational structure and strategic vision, I’m thrilled to announce new additions to our team.

Simultaneously, Zero Gravity Management and “Ozark” producer Mark Williams have joined the team as showrunner for “Adidas: Impossible Is Nothing,” the TV series by Juul that was earlier announced, based on Adi Dassler, the inventor who made Adidas a worldwide powerhouse. The story delves into the tumultuous relationship between Adi and his brother Rudolf, whose disagreement resulted in Rudolf creating the competing brand Puma, and a family feud that continues to echo through generations.

Projects in progress within the No Fat Ego lineup also feature “The Radiant Man,” a biographical film chronicling Ole Henriksen’s journey from a small-town Danish visionary to a renowned skincare expert in Hollywood, which is being jointly produced with Nordisk Film and global luxury titan LVMH; and “Ellen,” the captivating true story of Ellen Nielsen, a resilient single mother of six who bravely defied the Nazis during World War II and successfully guided more than 100 Jews from Denmark to safety in Sweden.
