The anime quickly became popular with fans of fantasy thanks to its fresh and gritty approach to the battle royale format. Now, a special collection of watches inspired by the series is expected to be just as successful as it becomes available around the world.
The Japanese fashion brand SuperGroupies has released a special collection of watches based on the popular series Fate/strange Fake. The limited-edition watches are designed after the characters Saber (Richard I), Archer (Gilgamesh), and Lancer (Enkidu), and are expected to ship in December 2026. A watch inspired by the character Berserker is also being created. Fans can also purchase a backpack inspired by Archer.
SuperGroupies Reveals New Fate/strange Fake Limited Edition Watches

I’ve been looking at these watch designs, and they’re really cool. The Saber watch clearly takes inspiration from royalty and knights, with red details that look like armor. The face of the watch features a design based on the legendary Excalibur, and even the hour markers are shaped like swords, going up to seven. Then there’s the Archer watch, which uses the colors associated with Gilgamesh. Instead of Excalibur, its center is based on his incredible treasure, the Gate of Babylon. If you look closely around the hour markers, you’ll notice symbols referencing his powerful sword, Ea.
The Archer backpack is made for daily use and features adjustable straps and gold-colored details. Its outside has a raised design inspired by Archer’s armor, and the inside lining showcases a pattern based on his powerful Gate of Babylon attack. The Lancer watch also has detailed designs: the center displays the Enuma Elish, surrounded by the Chains of Heaven, which are reflected in the watch’s gold and silver hour markers.
The three character-themed watches cost $419.99 each, and the Archer backpack is $329.99 – both prices exclude tax. These premium items are available for pre-order from April 6th to May 10th, 2026, at 8 p.m. Pacific Time. However, pre-orders may close sooner if all available stock is claimed.
The anime Fate/strange Fake is scheduled to premiere in the Winter 2026 season, similar to popular shows like Frieren: Beyond Journey’s End and Jujutsu Kaisen which aired at the same time. Produced by A-1 Pictures, the series has already received praise for its high-quality animation, exciting action, and intricate storyline.
This new installment of the series drastically changed the familiar formula by moving the story from Fuyuki, Japan, to the made-up city of Snowfield, Nevada. This American setting involved a wild Holy Grail War organized by a rebellious group of American mages. As the ritual became increasingly unstable, it created strange occurrences and brought in extra participants, ultimately leading to a second, unexpected Holy Grail War.
