Fans discover MKBHD’s wrecked Porsche & it’s for sale

Enthusiasts of tech vlogger, Marques ‘MKBHD’ Brownlee, have found out that his Porsche 911 will be put up for sale at an auction following the vehicle’s damage in a traffic collision.

Apart from his usual tech content, MKBHD produces automobile-centric videos on a supplementary channel known as ‘Auto Focus’. Over time, he has evaluated numerous vehicles, among them being his regular ride – a 2024 Porsche 911 Turbo S.

Instead of his Tesla Model S Plaid, he swapped it out for a sports car and didn’t hesitate to express that, in his opinion, his Porsche is the “world’s finest vehicle.” However, due to a recall issue, he had to temporarily abstain from driving it.

On Friday, May 30th, social media users spotted an auction listing featuring a Porsche 911 Turbo S, which appeared to be identical to one involved in an accident, and they recognized it as potentially belonging to Brownlee.

Currently, the YouTuber hasn’t made any statements regarding the incident or the recent discovery. Furthermore, it remains undisclosed whether the damage was self-inflicted, or if Brownlee was behind the wheel at the time of the accident.

Instead, enthusiasts utilized an image of the Vehicle Identification Number (VIN) from the auction and compared it with the VIN momentarily visible in his video review of the vehicle.
