As a gamer, I find myself in an uncomfortable position when hearing that a YouTuber like me, known as Bullhorn Betty, is being accused by a family of a missing teenager for alleged stalking and harassment during video production related to their case.
15-year-old Sebastian Rogers vanished in February 2024, sparking nationwide interest.
Famous bail bondsman “Dog” Chapman participated in the search effort, while numerous people started discussing the case on popular social media sites like TikTok and YouTube.
Among the YouTube personalities, it was Andra Griffin, or Bullhorn Betty, who was under investigation. On April 16, 2025, members of the missing team’s family took the stand to accuse her in court.
YouTuber allegedly harassed family of missing teen
As reported by WKRN, Sebastian’s mother and step-grandparents assert that following the boy’s disappearance, the YouTuber has been pursuing and troubling them in an unsettling manner.
Over several instances, the family secured protection orders aimed at Griffin. However, on April 16, Rogers’ mother and stepfather spoke up in court, asserting that she breached the conditions of not less than three such protective orders.
According to WKRN, court records show that the YouTube personality faces six infractions concerning protective orders. Furthermore, it’s claimed that she broadcasted live on her channel in August 2024, discussing her family and using their complete names as hashtags during the stream.
Christopher, Sebastian’s stepfather, stated that “Griffin” is spreading falsehoods. He also mentioned that she has been bothering him and his family.
A lawyer speaking on behalf of Bullhorn Betty contends that her coverage of the missing boy is safeguarded under the First Amendment. He emphasized: “For there to be a breach by Ms. Griffin towards the plaintiffs, the statute specifies that such action can only be considered a violation if she intentionally does so, and it’s clearly stated.
In addition to Griffin, another YouTuber, Mykhailo Polyakov, encountered legal issues in 2025. On March 29, 2025, he was apprehended for attempting to deliver a can of Diet Coke and a coconut to an isolated tribe on North Sentinel Island located off the Indian coast.
I’m finding myself staring at a lengthy prison sentence due to my actions, and was sadly turned down for bail during my court appearance on the 15th of April.
