Full F2 Lineups

In the latest Season 3 update, you’ll have an opportunity to race against the latest Formula 2 vehicles and their drivers. Whether you choose Driver Career or My Team mode, you’ll be able to begin your journey in Formula 2. Upon release of Season 3, you can start a fresh career with all the new cars and drivers at your disposal. Furthermore, some Formula 1 teams have received aesthetic enhancements.

With the introduction of the latest F2 cars also comes Track Mastery Events within the F1 Universe. Essentially, these events offer you a chance to compete on renowned circuits such as Silverstone, Spa, and Losail, where you can win exciting new prizes.

Elimination Mode Returns for a Limited

For a period between September 18th and October 30th, 2024, Season 3 of Formula One will introduce the return of the Elimination Mode. In this unique racing format, a driver is eliminated every 30 seconds during a race if they are in last place. To earn new Neon Drive gear, you must finish in the top 7 at least once each week. You can access Elimination Mode within the F1 World Menus.

2024 Saudi Arabian Grand Prix

Moreover, F1 24 introduces a fresh Race Scenario where you can win Oliver Bearman’s 2024 Saudi Arabian Grand Prix helmet as a reward. Plus, completing within the upper half (50%) of the race will bring you SA stickers for your Compendium. Last but not least, achieving a top 30% finish will grant you the “Crowned” emblem for your profile. In summary…

Between September 18th and October 13th, you’ll get a chance to play the fresh Jack Doohan Challenge Career. The rookie driver for Alpine will face some large expectations as he steps into Ocon’s empty seat next season. You can simulate that challenge when his Career drops in Season 3. In summary:

As we delve into Part 2 of Season 3 starting from October 25th, you’ll have a chance to honor one of the greatest racers ever, Ayrton Senna. You’ll participate in unique challenges centered around his illustrious career. In essence, we’re paying tribute to this racing icon!

AI/CPU Behaviour

  • Fixed an issue which was preventing the Safety Car from being visible at a far distance from the player
  • Made minor improvements to visible damage on the rear wing
  • Made minor improvements to reflections on the surface of vehicles

F1 World

  • Fixed an issue which could cause F1 World team member mod effects to deactivate before they should
  • Fixed an issue which was preventing a Specialist Goal about completing a number of laps over a race weekend in a Challenge Career from being awarded once the criteria is met

Peripherals

  • Fixed an issue that was limiting torque output on Logitech wheels on PlayStation

Miscellaneous

  • Fixed an issue in Leagues where the ERS Tutorial could play every time the player left the garage in Practice and Qualifying
  • UDP – Fixed an issue which caused all Session IDs to appear as 0 when Formation Lap was turned on
