In April 2026, Netflix will be removing a number of TV shows from its library. These include both Netflix originals and shows licensed from other companies, spanning various genres. This is a normal process, as licensing agreements with these companies have set time limits for how long shows can be available on Netflix.

A few TV shows are expected to be removed from Netflix in April 2026. That means subscribers don’t have much time left to watch them before they’re gone. Luckily, they won’t all disappear on the same day.
After these titles are removed, it’s unknown if they’ll end up on another streaming service or if Netflix might re-license them in the future.

April didn’t see many TV shows leave streaming services. The biggest removals included all five seasons of the show Van Helsing, all four seasons of Black Sails, and seasons four and five of The Fairly OddParents.
Netflix is removing two of its original series, the two-season Magical Andes and Sirius the Jaeger, from its streaming library.
