While football fans are looking forward to the Super Bowl in 2026, many pop culture enthusiasts are even more excited about the movie trailers that are expected to be released during the game.
Viewers can expect a preview of this year’s most anticipated movies, and we’ll share every trailer that debuted during the event.
Last year’s Super Bowl wasn’t just about football – it was a showcase for some of the year’s biggest movies! We got a first look at trailers for highly anticipated films like Thunderbolts*, Jurassic World: Rebirth, How to Train Your Dragon, and the hugely popular remake of Lilo & Stitch.
2026 promises to be a huge year for movies, with highly anticipated releases like ‘The Mandalorian & Grogu,’ ‘Spider-Man: Brand New Day,’ and ‘Avengers: Doomsday.’ In fact, some studios started building excitement early by releasing sneak peeks before the Super Bowl. Here’s a complete list of all the new movie trailers revealed for the event.
Super Bowl 2026: Every movie trailer that debuted
Super Bowl trailers have often included unexpected reveals, with varying degrees of success. Ahead of the 2026 game, a leaked list suggests we’ll see trailers for popular titles like The Mandalorian & Grogu, The Super Mario Galaxy Movie, Minions 3, Toy Story 5, Disclosure Day, and Michael, according to Variety.
Paramount kicked things off by releasing its Super Bowl commercial for a famous horror series.
Scream 7
The first teaser for Scream 7 focuses on Ghostface, who threatens to kill everyone Sidney Prescott (Neve Campbell) cares about – a plan they’ve apparently been working on for years. The trailer hints that Stu Macher (Matthew Lillard), the killer from the original Scream, might return, but it could just be a clever trick to mislead viewers.
Project Hail Mary
I was really hoping to see a full trailer for Project Hail Mary at the event, but Amazon MGM Studios didn’t quite deliver! They did share a short, 20-second teaser though, which is awesome. It gives us a glimpse of Ryan Gosling as the astronaut, looking like he’s trying to repair his ship in some really cool, colorful space environments. The full trailer is coming this Sunday, so I’m definitely excited for that!
Fans will have to wait and see if a full trailer for Avengers: Doomsday is released. It’s a little strange Disney hasn’t shared one after the short teasers over the holidays, but they might be prioritizing promotion for The Mandalorian & Grogu instead.
