So, you wanna know about Ethereum (ETH)? Well, let me tell you, the retail sentiment is in the toilet 🚽. I mean, it’s like, “Hey, Ethereum, we’re just not that into you right now.” But, you know, that’s usually when the smart money (i.e., not me, I’m just a curmudgeon) starts to get interested. Analysts are all, “Oh, breakout looming!” 🤔

Retail Sentiment: Lower Than My Expectations for Humanity

Mister Crypto (great name, by the way) says retail interest is “extremely low.” I mean, who needs Google Trends to tell you that? Just look at the price action – it’s been more exciting watching paint dry 🎨. Compared to 2017 and 2021, this is like the participation trophy of Ethereum enthusiasm.

But Time to buy!” 🤑 Historically, this is when the big players swoop in, and then… KABOOM! (Or, you know, maybe not. I’m no expert.)

Now, some analysts (Ted, Crypto Patel, and Titan of Crypto – these names, though 🤣) think the Ethereum ETF staking and Pectra update might just be the spark to ignite this whole thing. Patel’s even talking $10,000 in the long term 🤑. Yeah, because that’s exactly what I want – more unrealistic expectations in the crypto world 🙄.


But, You Know, Maybe Not…

Ali Martinez is all, “Nah, Ethereum’s still gonna hit $1,300.” 🤷‍♂️ Because, why not? It’s not like we have enough conflicting opinions in crypto already 🤯.

Oh, and some on-chain thingamajig (MVRV-Z… zzz…) says Ethereum might be undervalued. Yeah, sure, because that’s never been wrong before 🙃. For ETH to actually do something exciting, it needs to break $2,300. Until then, it’s just… 🤷‍♂️

Currently, ETH is at $2,007, down 0.5% in the last 24 hours. Yay, thrilling 🎉.
