Looks like Emily’s visa has been extended.

The popular series “Emily in Paris” has been given another chance to continue its story following the launch of Season 4 Part 2 on September 12th, as announced by Netflix.

The broadcaster unveiled the news using a video featuring Lily Collins, the star of the series, enjoying an espresso and pastry on an Italian balcony. “There’s no place like Rome,” Collins said, taking a sip from her coffee mug with a number 5 at its base.

In its premiere, Season 4 of the lighthearted comedy “Emily in Paris” moved to the top spot globally on Netflix after attracting 19.9 million views in just four days, according to Netflix data. Since then, it has held a position on the Top 10 for four continuous weeks. This popular series, which has sparked fashion trends, boosted tourism, and created numerous memes, is now based in Italy, having moved there from France.

In the latest season of “Emily in Paris,” Emily finds herself torn between romantic affections towards two individuals – Gabriel and Alfie. As traditional entanglements collide with fresh complexities, Emily is pulled towards a potential new love interest and a brand-new city. The closing episodes of Season 4 see Emily jetting off to the enchanting European city of Rome, where she reconnects with her latest crush, Marcello Muratori, an attractive Italian man she met skiing during Christmas in the French Alps. Interestingly, it’s revealed that Muratori manages a family-owned cashmere company, which happens to be a prime target for Emily’s boss, Sylvie, as they aim to secure this business as new clients for their marketing agency, Agence Grateau.

In addition to Lily Collins, “Emily in Paris” features Ashley Park, Camille Razat, Samuel Arnold, Bruno Gouery, and William Abadie as well.

The TV show is developed by Darren Star and supervised by Tony Hernandez, Lilly Burns, Andrew Fleming, Alison Brown, and Robin Schiff as executive producers. Stephen Brown, Grant Sloss, and Joe Murphy serve as co-executive producers. Additionally, Collins, Ryan McCormick, Raphaël Benoliel, and Jake Fuller are involved in production.
