This week, the popularity of “Wicked” is set to soar, given the upcoming release on Tuesday of downloadable content related to the Universal film, within the action-adventure video game titled “Funko Fusion.
10:10 Games has created a game, launched in September, featuring characters from popular culture icons transformed as Funko Pop! figures. This cooperative action title combines characters from “Jurassic World,” “Back to the Future,” and other widely recognized intellectual properties owned by NBCUniversal with Funko Pop! versions of Freddy Funko and his villainous twin Eddy Funko.
Now, “Wicked” is set to team up with the collection of “Funko Fusion” in collaboration with Universal, and future collaborations will feature characters from NBC’s “The Office”.
You’ll find the “Wicked” characters distributed across two separate DLC packs, each priced at $7.99:
According to Funko, those who acquire the Wicked Movie pack will have the opportunity to join the freshly released online cooperative mode as Elphaba, Glinda, The Wizard, Madame Morrible, or any other Funko Fusion character alongside up to three companions.
