Eli Roth’s latest horror movie titled ‘Ice Cream Man’ has been sold for important international distribution rights to StudioCanal’s Sixth Dimension, following its presentation at Cannes.

This deal signifies the initial significant transaction for the film outside of the Cannes market, giving StudioCanal distribution privileges in the U.K., Germany, France, Benelux, Poland, Australia, and New Zealand. Media Capital Technologies (MCT) and The Horror Section are entirely funding and producing a movie about an ideal summer town that plunges into chaos when an ice cream vendor serves children delightful treats with chilling consequences.

Roth’s latest venture, The Horror Section, holds the U.S. distribution rights for the upcoming movie “Ice Cream Man.” They are aiming to launch a broad cinema release of the film in the second quarter of 2026.
