Elden Ring Player AinRun Defeats Promised Consort Radahn with Just 1 HP and a Dream

As a longtime fan of Soulsborne games and a fellow speedrunner, I must say that AinRun’s recent feat left me absolutely spellbound! Having followed his journey through countless challenges and no-hit runs, it’s incredible to witness him take on yet another seemingly impossible task – defeating Promised Consort Radahn with just 1 HP, 1 FP, and 1 Stamina.

Even though the Shadow of the Erdtree DLC for Elden Ring has been available for three months, players continue to uncover innovative and tough gameplay strategies. One player pushed this creativity to its limits by vanquishing Promised Consort Radahn with only one Hit Point (HP), one Frame Per Second (FP), and one Stamina point.

Elden Ring Runner AinRun Defeats Promised Consort Radahn with 1 HP, 1 FP, and 1 Stamina

In a remarkable accomplishment, renowned Souls games speedrunner AinRun has successfully finished Elden Ring under extraordinary conditions – with just one hit point (HP), one focus point (FP), and one stamina bar. Facing formidable obstacles throughout his journey, AinRun skillfully navigated to the presence of Promised Consort Radahn and finally emerged victorious, making him the first player ever to accomplish this remarkable feat.

His struggles were undeniably genuine, with him claiming to ‘die’ approximately 900 times during the process. He admitted that the main hurdle he faced was the inability to seamlessly combine actions due to cooldowns on each move—a particularly demanding feature of this challenge. Yet, despite these hardships, AinRun managed to complete it successfully.

Having previously navigated endurance trials without throwing a single pitch, his familiarity with pacing himself probably eased this task. Nonetheless, his achievement is truly noteworthy. Much like Elden Ring and its expansions, the game from FromSoftware consistently delivers numerous chances for challenges and speed runs, which is no surprise given their penchant for creating games that continue to test players long after release.
