Elden Ring Nightreign: Max Level & How To Level Up

In the modified version of Elden Ring named Nightreign, character progression or leveling occurs at a quicker pace compared to the original Elden Ring. Throughout your adventure in Nightreign, you’ll find yourself consistently leveling up, but there is a cap on the number of times players can level up in this particular game.

In contrast to the significantly higher maximum levels found in Elden Ring, progression in Nightreign sees a substantial boost with each level increase. By the conclusion of a gameplay session, you’ll find yourself comparable in strength to an endgame character from Elden Ring. This guide will outline the max level available in Elden Ring: Nightreign and provide insights into its unique leveling system.

How To Level Up In Nightreign

In the game Elden Ring: Nightreign, you need to obtain Runes by defeating opponents to boost your character’s level. The more Runes a Nightreign player collects, the higher their level can go. If you don’t gather enough Runes, you’ll have to fight some enemies and locate another Site of Grace for leveling up. Similar to the original game, leveling in Nightreign happens at Sites of Grace scattered across Limveld.

Rather than using Runes to boost individual stats, you can raise your character’s level by visiting a Site of Grace and accepting the level-up prompt. As you advance, your stats will naturally improve, with the specific improvements depending on the character you’re controlling.

For instance, As a Recluse advances, they become increasingly intelligent and mentally sharp compared to the Raider, who experiences a boost in physical strength and endurance rather than other attributes when they level up.

If you meet death or encounter specific foes, you’ll drop a level. Occasionally, you can track down and eliminate the enemy that stole from you, thus regaining your lost level. However, more often than not, you’ll have to re-collect Runes to return to your previous state.

Nightreign Max Character Level

As you advance through the game “Nightreign” and gain levels, your strength and capacity to confront the Nightlord grow. However, advancement isn’t unbounded. In fact, the highest level achievable in “Nightreign” is only level 15 – but don’t be fooled by its apparent weakness.

Progressing from one level to the next brings about a massive change, and your character’s strength escalates significantly as you advance in the game. By levels 14 and 15, you will have roughly equivalent stats and power level to an endgame character in Elden Ring.

As a die-hard fan, I can’t stress enough the importance of exploring various points of interest, tackling Field bosses, and annihilating every foe that crosses my path in Limveld, for it’s nearly essential to have a fighting chance against those grueling Nightlord bosses. To maximize your odds of defeating these formidable adversaries, strive to reach the maximum level of Nightreign as swiftly as possible.
