Elden Ring Nightreign: How to Find the Secret of the Noklateo, The Shrouded City

In the series of events during the Expeditions, Noklateo, also known as the Veiled City, is the last one – the fourth Shifting Earth Event. This city features crumbling structures, winding stairways, and hidden underground sewers that eventually lead to a central square. The climax of this journey presents a formidable boss, who protects the city’s power, posing a significant challenge for the players.

This manual provides instructions for navigating through Noklateo, the Mysterious City, within Elden Ring Nightreign, and explains how players can leave the city before the arrival of the Night’s Tide.

How to Find the Secret of the Noklateo, The Shrouded City In Elden Ring Nightreign

Upon embarking on your journey, the lower left corner of your map will be concealed by a grand urban construction. Ascend the primary entrance and make your way up by taking the staircase on the left side for several stories. As you proceed to the left, you’ll encounter a decayed part of the city where you can descend. There, a Withered Astel stands menacingly, firing projectiles at you, but you should bypass it and move directly into the small opening to plunge into the underground area of the City.

Pass by the Basilisks and reach the end of the path where it ends, then turn left. Proceed straight ahead, ensuring you stay on the upper part of the path until you hit a dead-end and must turn right. You’ll find a Spiritspring that leads to a Site of Grace above. Climb the stairs and veer left to encounter a Black Knife Assassin. Overcome this enemy to get a Dormant Power. Once defeated, proceed northwest over the bridge, disregarding the Headless Troll on your right side.

Feel free to return to your boss after you’ve obtained the Secret Power within Noklateo, ensuring you have ample time left before the tides of night begin their advance.

Naturalborn of the Void Boss Fight

As I was exploring the game, I stumbled upon a hidden Site of Grace nestled between the Mausoleum Knights. If you find this Grace and interact with it, follow the path southwest up some stairs and into the boss arena where you’ll encounter the elusive Naturalborn of the Void. This boss is no walk in the park, especially when he unleashes his powerful gravity attack that can wipe out your entire health bar in an instant.

Be cautious, as dying during this fight may cause you to respawn at the entrance of the city instead. To avoid this, make sure you dodge the Nebula attacks and stay safe throughout the battle. Good luck, fellow gamer!

Once your boss encounter is over, navigate towards the Grace Site within the boss’s domain. You should find a chest there that grants you the ability to harness the city’s power. The Favor of Noklateo, the Hidden City, offers you the chance to resurrect after death and temporarily boosts your strength.

Heading in a northeasterly direction, you’ll encounter a Dragonkin Soldier resting on the ground below. Don’t forget about the Headless Troll I earlier overlooked! From where the Dragonkin Soldier stands, proceed northeast and descend all the way down. Once you reach the end, you can exit the city by climbing out from either side. I’ve been there, and that’s the way it goes!

Make certain that you don’t leap over the barriers immediately upon leaving the city, because there is a pit below where you could tumble and both lose a level and forfeit your Rune collection.
