Early Access Players of No More Room in Hell 2 Struggle with Bugs. Latest Horror Game Scares Most With Its Ratings

As a seasoned gamer with over two decades of gaming under my belt, I have to say that the release of No More Room in Hell 2 was a much-anticipated event for many of us horror FPS enthusiasts. However, it seems that the developers may have bitten off more than they could chew with this one.

Yesterday saw the launch of No More Room in Hell 2 on Steam, a highly anticipated cooperative horror first-person shooter that continues the story from a legendary mod released in 2011. However, despite the buzz, it fell short of meeting the high expectations set for it.

  1. On Steam, only 32% of player reviews are praising No More Room in Hell 2, which is categorized as a “mostly negative” reception.
  2. Players complain mainly about the technical condition. The game is poorly optimized and full of errors, the servers can’t keep up, and overall it lacks several key elements for this type of production, including primarily the ability to use a private lobby. Some people even claim that aside from nicer graphics, No More Room in Hell 2 is overall a worse title than the 2011 mod.

Despite some technical glitches that occasionally ruin the gaming experience for a few players, the overall enjoyment of No More Room in Hell 2 remains high. If these issues can be promptly addressed by the developers, there’s still hope for the game’s success.

The game not only delivers impressive participation figures, but it set a new record on its launch day with 14,980 simultaneous players on Steam, demonstrating a strong interest in the game. This is further supported by the fact that it’s frequently found on many users’ wish lists. However, if major technical issues aren’t promptly addressed, these enthusiastic players might just as quickly lose interest and abandon the project.
