EA Sports unveils a brand-new, paid season pass for FC 25, marking the first time such an offering is available in their soccer game franchise. The developers are well aware that players might have numerous queries regarding this new feature.
In their recent blog post, EA Sports stated that the paid season pass is merely an additional feature, but some critics argue it’s just another attempt by EA to extract more funds from players beyond the already transaction-rich Ultimate Team mode. This premium pass for FC 25 can be bought using FC Points (equivalent to $10 USD) or UT Coins, which amount to 500,000 in-game earnable coins.
Regarding the contents, players receive tradable packs and Season Point enhancers, in addition to extra player goods, evolution resources, and vintage-style cosmetics. The image beneath illustrates all items enclosed within the paid expansion pack, while some of the content is only available with the Premium Pass.

In general, Electronic Arts (EA) games, particularly their sports titles, have a reputation for incorporating numerous microtransactions, which are financially beneficial for the company. Unlike traditional game sales, EA’s latest quarter earnings showed that live services generated a staggering $1.3 billion, whereas full-game sales brought in only $600 million.
