Hey there fellow gamers! You all probably know the legendary MMO, RuneScape, which got a revamp back in 2016. If you’re a fan of this franchise, then you might have heard that Runescape Dragonwilds was recently released on Early Access. This game is all about survival – you need to construct, craft, and engage in combat quite a bit. The combat aspect involves unexpected dragon raids on your base and sudden attacks from those pesky flying lizards! Many players find these dragons quite irritating due to their unpredictable appearances. Some even hesitate to build anything because they’re afraid it will get destroyed. Ever wondered if there’s a safe spot? Well, you’ll find out in our guide!
Safe place from dragons in Runescape Dragonwilds
As a gamer, I’ve noticed quite a few of us are grumbling about the dragon’s unpredictable attacks and its irritating poison. The thing is, neither the rooftops of buildings nor the ceilings of caves seem to offer any protection against this pesky poison. However, luckily, it appears that buildings somehow manage to stay safe from it, though they can still be demolished by those pesky goblins who love to strike at the same time – a conveniently annoying coincidence!
Despite the dragon causing much inconvenience, it’s understandable that many are curious if there exists a sanctuary from its wrath. Unfortunately, the solution isn’t straightforward. As previously stated, neither caves nor typical buildings can effectively shield you from the dragon. The hard truth is, there isn’t really any safe haven that will keep it at bay. However, it appears that the village may provide some protection, especially if you construct a house near the Wise Old Man. Some players have observed that when they stand close to him, their characters seem to be immune to the dragon’s poison.
It’s important to mention that the dragon’s destructive actions appear to be confined within a specific region. When its assault commences, the most sensible action is likely to retreat from it. On the other hand, if you are near your base, an alternative strategy might be to succumb instead. This way, you will respawn on your bed, making it easy to collect your items once more.
