Does Jessica Chastain Know She Won an Oscar?

As a movie reviewer who has flown with my fair share of airlines and shared the screen with some A-list celebrities, I must say, Jessica Chastain is no ordinary passenger. She’s an Oscar winner, for heaven’s sake! Yet, here she is, taking on JetBlue over a malfunctioning in-flight entertainment system. Airlines often disappoint various individuals regardless of age, wealth, or profession. However, if you’re an award-winning actress like Jessica Chastain, it might seem beneath you to argue with airlines on social media. The in-flight entertainment system also didn’t work during her six-hour journey. Chastain further shared screenshots of her online conversation with a JetBlue agent, which did not yield positive results. The airline managed to deliver Chastain and her luggage almost on time, but the lack of resolution to her complaint led our advice to be: If an airline gets you and your belongings to your destination relatively on schedule, it’s probably best to let go of any online disputes, even if you are an Oscar-winning actress.
