A divisive Marvel hero may be returning to the MCU at some point in the near future.
Over the years, Marvel Studios has introduced many popular and well-loved characters like Iron Man, Captain America, and Thor. However, not every Marvel project has been a hit – some haven’t resonated with critics or audiences.
Iron Fist is a great example of a Marvel character with a mixed reception. Though popular in the comics, the 2017 Netflix series didn’t really catch on with viewers. It did get a second season, and Finn Jones reprised his role as Danny Rand/Iron Fist in the team-up show The Defenders, but the character hasn’t appeared in the Marvel Cinematic Universe since.

A recent report suggests that Charlie Jones might reprise his role as Danny Rand in the Marvel Cinematic Universe. While details are still unclear, there’s a possibility his character could be hinted at in the second season of ‘Daredevil: Born Again,’ though it’s currently unknown if Jones will actually appear on screen.
Look, I’m hearing the buzz about Jessica Jones possibly coming back to the MCU, and honestly, I’m so excited! But let’s be real – it’s just a rumor right now. Marvel hasn’t said anything official, so we should take it with a grain of salt until we get some confirmation. I’m hoping it’s true, but we need to remember it’s not confirmed yet.
As a big fan of these characters, I think it would feel really natural to see some mention of Jessica Jones in the second season of Born Again. Danny Rand and Matt Murdock already teamed up in The Defenders, and with Krysten Ritter confirmed to be back as Jessica for the new Daredevil season, it just makes sense to acknowledge her character somehow. It would feel like a missed opportunity if they didn’t!
