Disneyland Paris Releases Updated Map for Disney Adventure World Ahead of Opening

Disneyland Paris has unveiled a more detailed map of its upcoming second theme park, Disney Adventure World, which is set to open on March 29, 2026. This new map offers a clearer look at the park’s design and where each themed land will be located compared to previous, simpler versions.

Disney Adventure World is the new name for Walt Disney Studios Park after a major, years-long expansion and makeover. This project is part of a larger investment to greatly expand the park and change its theme. Instead of focusing on movie studios, the park will now feature immersive lands based on beloved stories from Disney, Pixar, and Marvel.

World Premiere Plaza

Right near the park entrance, you’ll find World Premiere Plaza, which is a new area that used to be Studio 1. It’s designed to welcome guests and guide them further into the park. According to a recent announcement, it’s described as:

The newly redesigned entrance now feels like stepping into a Hollywood movie premiere, complete with a beautiful, always-visible starry sky. Guests can enjoy a meal at The Hollywood Gardens Restaurant, browse the shops at Mickey’s of Hollywood Boutique, and discover fun nods to Disney and Los Angeles throughout the area. This area, called World Premiere, also leads to the theaters of World Premiere Plaza and acts as the main entrance to exciting lands like Marvel Avengers Campus and World of Frozen.

Adventure Way

As a movie buff, I always think of Adventure Way as the park’s main street – it’s how you get everywhere! It’s basically the central walkway connecting all the different themed areas, and it’s cleverly designed to handle tons of people moving between rides and shows without feeling too crowded. It really feels like the heart of the park, guiding you from one adventure to the next.

Guests can expect restaurants and places for entertainment along Adventure Way, but details about specific attractions in the area haven’t been revealed yet.

Adventure Bay

Adventure Bay is the park’s main lake and serves as its central focus. It’s designed to be the setting for an evening show with water displays and lights.

Walkways around Adventure Bay connect it to other areas and viewpoints, turning it into a central meeting place instead of just a collection of rides.

Marvel Avengers Campus

Marvel Avengers Campus was already part of the park before it was updated. Guests can enjoy attractions like WEB SLINGERS: A Spider-Man Adventure, an interactive ride where you help Spider-Man, and Avengers Assemble: Flight Force, a fast-paced indoor roller coaster.

The land also features character appearances and stunt performances tied to Marvel characters.

Worlds of Pixar

Worlds of Pixar is a new area featuring attractions inspired by Pixar movies. Guests can enjoy rides like Ratatouille: The Adventure, a unique trackless dark ride, and Crush’s Coaster, a fast-paced indoor spinning roller coaster.

The area features immersive lands based on popular Pixar films, along with restaurants to complete the experience.

World of Frozen

World of Frozen is a brand new area at the park based on the popular movie Frozen. It’s designed to look like the Kingdom of Arendelle during the beautiful Snowflower Festival, and features a boat ride that brings the story and characters from the films to life.

The new attraction will also include opportunities to meet beloved characters and immersive themed areas blended into the landscape.

More Details from the New Map

The latest map offers a much clearer idea of how visitors will navigate the different areas of the park. Unlike the pathways at the original Walt Disney Studios Park, which were mostly straight lines, this new design features winding routes and several connections between themed lands. This suggests the park will be easier to get around, and visitors will be spread out more evenly.

The new park map doesn’t include all the projects we’ve talked about before. For example, a land themed after The Lion King, which has been mentioned as part of future plans, isn’t on the map and won’t be ready when the park opens in March 2026. The absence of other possible additions suggests that the park will continue to expand in phases after its initial launch.

Disneyland Paris shared an updated park map while announcing its upcoming opening. This map is the most detailed look anyone has had of how the park was originally designed for its first day.

More details about things to do, show times, and how the park will run are coming soon. Right now, the new park map gives a good idea of what Disney Adventure World will look like when guests first arrive.
