As a seasoned gamer with years of virtual trick-or-treating under my belt, I must say that Disney Dreamlight Valley has outdone itself this Halloween! The quests are both engaging and challenging, just like my favorite ghost stories around the campfire.
Once again, it’s the time for all things spooky, which means Disney Dreamlight Valley is adorned with Halloween-themed quests! From today until October 31st, you can engage in a variety of Dreamlight challenges under the “Village” tab. These tasks range from preparing a 3-course Halloween meal, donning masks, and other fun activities. Some of these challenges might seem puzzling as they don’t provide instructions on completion. Fret not, though, as we have some tips for you below!
How to complete Halloween quests
In your “Village” section, there are a grand total of 5 Halloween-themed quests waiting for you. To finish these quests, you’ll need to accomplish certain tasks assigned to each one. Successfully completing them will earn you a reward for every task you complete. Here’s what you should be aware of.
Trick or Treat
Give a total of ten pieces of candy to your villagers.
Reward: Mickey Mouse Pumpkin
Sugar Rush
You need to accomplish a task that consists of three levels, each requiring you to consume 15 sweets in total to claim all the rewards. The most efficient way to do this is by making and consuming candies made from any of the following ingredients: Vanilla, Sugarcane, or Cocoa Beans.
Reward: Happy Jack O’Lantern (15), Mischievous Jack O’Lantern (30), Friendly Jack O’Lantern (45)
A 3-Course Halloween Meal
Locate the various buckets of candy scattered around the plaza, then eat one of each color.
Reward: Green Trick or Treater’s Bounty
Villainy Wears Many Masks
From your collection, select a mask to wear. If none is available, acquire one by progressing to page 3 on the Villain’s Star Path.
Reward: Purple Trick or Treater’s Bounty
Stockpiling Pumpkins
Grow and gather exactly 100 pumpkins. Since each one requires four hours to mature, you can accomplish this task within a single day.
