2025 data unveiled the top 10 Marvel movies watched on Disney+. This year, Marvel Studios has been delivering hits in the MCU with two fresh releases: “Captain America: New Horizons” and “Thunderbolts*“. While the latest offerings are exciting, many fans find joy revisiting the Kevin Feige-led superhero universe. Fortunately, Disney’s streaming service has enabled fans to revisit these beloved films.
Information from streaming analytics platform FlixPatrol highlights the most-watched Marvel Cinematic Universe movies on Disney+ this year, categorizing the top 10 streamed films within Disney’s popular comic book series. Notably, prominent titles such as “Avengers: Endgame” and “Deadpool & Wolverine” appear on the list, with unexpected inclusions like “Thor” and “Avengers: Age of Ultron” rounding out the top 10.
FlixPatrol gathers its own data directly from all significant streaming platforms, compiling a list of the top 10 shows or movies for each region worldwide.
We gathered this specific list by pulling data from a data aggregation platform, focusing on the Top 10 United States Disney+ pages for each Marvel Cinematic Universe (MCU) movie and calculating how many spots on the U.S. top 10 chart since January 1, 2025, it has managed to secure.
For every day, each attribute in the top 10 grants a point to the movie, with the first position earning 10 points daily, the second position earning 9 points, the third position earning 8 points, and so forth.

10.) Black Panther: Wakanda Forever
In comparison, Black Panther: Wakanda Forever received only seven points in FlixPatrol’s list of the highest-ranking Marvel Cinematic Universe films on Disney+ this year.
In the sequel directed by Ryan Coogler, fans were transported once more to the enigmatic African nation of Wakanda. The story unfolds around Shuri, played by Letitia Wright, as she assumes the mantle of Black Panther following her brother T’Challa’s unexpected demise. Explore more about Black Panther: Wakanda Forever here.
9.) Spider-Man: Homecoming
Following his first appearance in “Captain America: Civil War” within the MCU, the 2017 film “Spider-Man: Homecoming” delivered on fan expectations, offering a standalone Spider-Man story starring Tom Holland, produced by Marvel Studios.
In the action-packed high school film directed by Jon Watts, Spider-Man (Holland) juggles his dual life as both a teenage superhero and adversary to the villainous Vulture (Michael Keaton). Based on data from FlixPatrol, Homecoming ranked as the 8th most-viewed Marvel Cinematic Universe movie on Disney+, accumulating 30 points.
8.) Guardians of the Galaxy
Making an appearance on the list at position number seven is James Gunn’s cherished “Guardians of the Galaxy.” Remarkably, the initial “Guardians” movie edged past “Spider-Man: Homecoming,” securing a spot at 37 points on the list.
The film Guardians of the Galaxy, released in 2014, demonstrated that Marvel Studios had the creative freedom to tackle any project. This space-adventure comedy brought into focus one of Marvel Comics’ less prominent superhero groups – a group of interstellar outcasts who united to confront the formidable Ronan the Accuser.
7.) Avengers: Age of Ultron
To date, all four Avengers films have been among the top ten highest-grossing movies in 2025. Among these, Avengers: Age of Ultron holds the distinction of being the least successful, but it still made the list. Currently, the Joss Whedon sequel to the Avengers is the sixth most-streamed MCU film on Disney+ this year, and it has earned 59 points, putting it on par with Captain America: Civil War.
In the movie “Age of Ultron,” Earth’s most powerful heroes reunite after successfully fending off an invasion by the Chitauri in New York City. This time, they are tasked with defeating a menacing artificial intelligence named Ultron. The core Avengers team, headed by Tony Stark (Robert Downey Jr.) and Steve Rogers (Chris Evans), reassemble for this mission. However, they are also joined by fresh faces such as Vision (Paul Bettany) and Scarlet Witch (Elizabeth Olsen).
6.) Captain America: Civil War
Among all Captain America films, it’s only Captain America: Civil War that has been included in the list (thus far). This well-received third Cap film marked an intriguing turn for the Marvel Cinematic Universe as the Avengers found themselves divided over a contentious government issue, leading to internal conflict.
In a surprising turn of events, the point tally for Civil War matched that of Avengers: Age of Ultron on FlixPatrol’s ranking, both securing a position of 59 points.
5.) Captain America: Brave New World
It’s logical that “Captain America: New World Order,” the latest Marvel Cinematic Universe (MCU) film available on Disney+, would be included here. Despite experiencing difficulties in theaters, it achieved impressive success on the streaming platform with a total of 138 points, marking Anthony Mackie’s first solo outing as Captain America.
The film primarily revolved around Sam Wilson, who was now assuming the role of Captain America, and it featured encounters between him and Harrison Ford portraying the Red Hulk, as well as Tim Blake Nelson’s character, The Leader.
4.) The Avengers
2012’s “The Avengers” accumulated a staggering 230 points, suggesting that it has consistently ranked among Disney+’s top 10 most-watched films since January 2025, possibly holding the top spot for extended periods.
As a movie connoisseur, I found “The Avengers,” masterfully directed by Joss Whedon, to be the grand finale of the initial phase of Marvel Cinematic Universe storytelling. This cinematic spectacle united an ensemble cast of previously introduced heroes – including Chris Evans’ steadfast Captain America and Chris Hemsworth’s mighty Thor – to confront a peril that none could vanquish alone: Tom Hiddleston’s cunning Loki and an overwhelming alien horde.
3.) Avengers: Infinity War
In 2018, the movie “Avengers: Infinity War” debuted on the big screen, marking the first part of a grand cinematic tale that had been developed over almost a decade. This initial segment of the Infinity Saga’s conclusion pits the Avengers against the Mad Titan Thanos (Josh Brolin), who aims to annihilate exactly half of the universe.
The film titled “Infinity War” garnered 349 points on FlixPatrol’s rankings, suggesting that viewers are already buzzing with anticipation for the forthcoming Avengers movie, “Avengers: Doomsday,” slated for release in May 2026.
2.) Avengers: Endgame
Even though Avengers: Endgame is the largest Marvel Studios production to date, it might be unexpected that it ranks second on this particular list. However, this epic film still towers high with an astounding 506 points.
As a passionate movie buff, I can’t help but reminisce about the groundbreaking impact of “Endgame” on the Marvel Cinematic Universe. It signified the culmination of an incredible journey that commenced in 2008, weaving together threads from various films into one epic narrative. This blockbuster collaboration stands among the greatest movies ever made, raking in a staggering $2.79 billion at box offices worldwide – a milestone Marvel aims to surpass with upcoming productions like “Avengers: Doomsday” and “Secret Wars”.
1.) Deadpool & Wolverine
2025’s MCU movie streaming chart can have just one top-ranked title, and the throne is claimed by Deadpool & Wolverine, having garnered the most views on Disney+. Due to its R-rated superhero comedy being a recent fan favorite in the MCU, it has maintained popularity on streaming platforms, racking up 540 points.
In the exciting third installment of Deadpool, I had the pleasure of joining forces with Hugh Jackman’s legendary Wolverine on an outrageous adventure through the Marvel Cinematic Universe’s multiverse, and boy, was it filled with plenty of my signature sass!
