‘Dexter: Resurrection’ Casts Bryan Lillis in Guest Star Role (EXCLUSIVE)

According to our exclusive sources, Bryan Lillis will take on a guest-starring part in the show “Dexter: Resurrection.

Lillis is set to portray Ryan, a temporary resident at the Empire Hotel, in the upcoming installment of the “Dexter” series revival. He joins other announced guest stars such as David Dastmalchian, Neil Patrick Harris, Krysten Ritter, and Eric Stonestreet.

Lillis gained recognition for his acting roles in films such as “Promising Young Woman” and TV series like “NCIS: Los Angeles,” “Shining Vale,” and “9-1-1.” He is represented by Framework Entertainment and Gray Talent agencies.

Clyde Phillips, the initial mastermind behind “Dexter,” is back at the helm as showrunner and executive producer for a new series titled “Resurrection.” In addition to starring, Hall will also serve as an executive producer. Scott Reynolds, Tony Hernandez, Lilly Burns, and Marcos Siega are all executive producers on this project. Siega will additionally take on the role of producing director. Monica Raymund has been tapped to direct four episodes, with Siega overseeing six. The series is being produced by Showtime Studios and Counterpart Studios.

Just now, news broke about the revival of the spin-off show “Dexter: Original Sin,” which has been greenlit for a second season. In this series, Patrick Gibson portrays Dexter, while Hall lends his voice to narrate Dexter’s internal thoughts.
