Destiny 2’s Peacebond: The Sidearm That Redefines the Game!

In the debut of Episode Heresy on February 18, Destiny 2’s Iron Banner made its comeback, yet its top-value reward seems to have been overlooked subtly.

Though plenty of attention is justifiably focused on the latest Trace Rifle Warlord’s Spear, this round of the PvP event also offered a timely perk update for Peacebond.

The Stasis-infused Sidearm, initially introduced in Season 15, has garnered significant affection from Bungie in Heresy. As a result, it now showcases some of the best perk combinations effective throughout the entire gameplay environment.

For any Adaptive, three-round burst Sidearms aspiring to match up against Peacebond in future competitions, it’s essential they receive comparable adjustments. However, until that time, here are the desired rollups you should aim for before Iron Banner concludes again.

Top-tier rolls for PvE and PvP are up for grabs.

In a shift from previous dominance, it’s no longer Stasis being the undisputed best in Destiny 2 with Revenant’s Artifact being decommissioned. However, the Darkness subclass is far from obsolete. Headstone and Rimestealer remain go-to options for any Stasis build, making them a must-have for Peacebond in PvE gameplay.

When it comes to Player versus Player (PvP), you have a wide range of choices at your disposal. This seemingly ordinary pistol can sport a variety of desirable perks that are ideal for the Crucible, making it worth experimenting with multiple combinations. In our opinion, Lone Wolf and Headseeker could deliver the most consistent performance, offering substantial stat boosts and an incredibly reliable Time-to-Kill (TTK), regardless of precision accuracy.

If Lone Wolf isn’t working well for you because of its focus on close combat, then pairing Zen Moment and Desperado could be quite effective! This combination gives you an opportunity to wreak havoc on the opposing team with sufficient backup.
