This special feature of the armor, called Bleak Domain, boosts the reach of Bleack Watcher turrets and places not just one, but two groups of four Stasis crystals in a straightforward layout, yet there’s more to it than meets the eye.
Inside this tiny fortress, adversaries get gradually slowed down and ultimately frozen by a summoned ice tempest. Standing near the turret also allows your weapons to cause a slowdown and freezing effect through accumulated icicles.
On their own, each inherent skill of Rime-Coat would be highly desirable. However, having all these skills in one armor piece makes Rime-Coat stand out as top-tier. The best way to exploit the advantages of Bleak Domain is through PvE content, particularly during Revenant’s Onslaught Salvation seasonal activity.
This weapon is primarily used for defense, but knowing the game’s layout, particularly where enemies might appear, can definitely work to your advantage. The wave structure of Onslaught features set locations for large enemy groups, so placing a Stasis Turret among a new group of enemies will instantly freeze and eliminate them as a threat.
