As a seasoned Guardian, I’ve fought through countless battles against the dark forces that threaten humanity, and I must say, I can hardly contain my excitement for Destiny 2’s upcoming Revenant Act 3! The prospect of Kell’s Fall mission, the exotic Slayer’s Fang shotgun, and the special quest Past is Prologue have me itching to jump back into the world of Destiny.

I remember the thrill of completing the Choir of One mission in Echoes, and I can only imagine what Bungie has in store for us this time around. The thought of uncovering secrets and puzzles while earning rewards is music to my ears. And let’s not forget about the potential new weapons that will undoubtedly shake up the meta!

I’ve been a fan of exotic weapons since their introduction, and Slayer’s Fang with its unique properties has me intrigued. The ability to stun Overload Champions and modify pellet spread is something I can’t wait to try out in combat.

The prospect of additional Artifact mods for Stasis and Arc subclasses is also enticing, as I’ve always appreciated the depth they bring to gameplay. And let’s not forget about those Exotic Tonics, which have had their fair share of ups and downs, but I remain hopeful that Bungie will make them truly special this time around.

All in all, Revenant Act 3 is shaping up to be another exciting chapter in my Destiny journey. With the release date set for January 7, I’ll be ready to jump back into the fight, armed with my trusty Slayer’s Fang and a newfound sense of determination to conquer whatever challenges Bungie throws our way.

On a lighter note, I can only hope that the final weeks of Revenant will also bring us an increase in the drop rate of those elusive Exotic engrams, so I can finally add Slayer’s Fang to my collection without having to spend countless hours farming!

In a short while, you’ll be on the brink of experiencing the concluding act, titled Revenant, in Destiny 2’s Scorn-themed season. This grand finale is packed with fresh elements!

This occasion showcases Kell’s Fall, a unique mission that, similar to Echoes’ Encore enhancing Choir of One, is probably intended to be replayed to acquire the Catalyst and extra inherent benefits for the newly introduced Exotic Shotgun, Slayer’s Fang.

As a seasoned Guardian who has faced countless battles and conquered many challenges, I can confidently say that more Tonic and Artifact modifications are just par for the course. The Drifter and Eris Morn have always been reliable sources for exciting quests, and their latest offerings promise rewards beyond measure. Having embarked on numerous adventures with them, I eagerly await what lies ahead in this new special quest.

Revenant Act 3 weapons

To date, each Act in the series has introduced fresh seasonal weapons to the game’s arsenal. As of now, Bungie hasn’t disclosed what these weapons will be for Act 3, but we’ll keep you updated with new information as it becomes available.

Kell’s Fall – Exotic Mission

Just as Episode Echoes concluded with a fresh Exotic mission, so too will Revenant’s finale present a new Exotic quest called Kell’s Fall.

In terms of the storyline, Bungie hasn’t given details yet, but be ready for a wealth of puzzles to solve, hidden treasures to discover, and prizes to win, such as the Slayer’s Fang, a distinctive Exotic Shotgun boasting special features.

Slayer’s Fang – Exotic Shotgun

The unique weapon known as Slayer’s Fang functions differently from most Void Shotguns, boasting an unusual array of abilities. With the Nightsworn Sight perk, users gain the ability to see through walls and solid objects after eliminating opponents, and it also weakens them in the process.

Instead of spreading as normal, the Heart Piercer alters the Shotgun’s pellets so they split upon impact into numerous smaller explosives. Furthermore, the Slayer’s Fang comes equipped with a stun capability specifically designed for Overload Champions.

Past is Prologue

Back in December, I stumbled upon an exclusive mission titled “Past is Prologue,” which features the enigmatic characters, the Drifter and Eris Morn. To claim some coveted Bento tokens, I needed to accomplish a series of tasks first. These tokens can later be traded for an array of rewards such as Adept weapons, keepsakes known as Mementos, and valuable crafting resources.

According to Bungie’s end-of-year 2024 developer update, the expansion “Past is Prologue” will be released during the last few weeks of the campaign “Revenant.

Artifact Mods

In simple terms, players of Guardians can anticipate the last installment of Revenant’s Artifact to arrive with Act 3. As of now, we’re in the dark about what these new elements will be, but given the focus on boosting Stasis and Arc subclasses throughout this season, there may be more mods to enhance them even further.

Exotic Tonics

Bungie first revealed Exotic Tonics in its initial Revenant livestream.

During Bungie’s first look at Revenant, it was hinted that Exotic Tonics would be introduced alongside Act 3. It’s speculated that these tonics will offer the same rate of drops as their current Legendary counterparts, but for a longer period.

As a gamer, it’d be awesome to witness these rare items showcasing their unique abilities, given all the challenges and feedback Tonics have gone through since they first appeared in the game.
