Delta Force Black Hawk Down coop campaign will be on PS5, PS4 and Xbox. Don’t worry, console release is coming

Delta Force, a game created by Team Jade, operates under a free-to-play system. It primarily focuses on multiplayer interactions, but there’s also a single-player mode to explore. To prove this, they are releasing the Black Hawk Down campaign tomorrow, which will provide updated content from the original 20-year-old classic at no cost! At present, though, it can only be played on computers. As for console gamers, unfortunately, this title is currently exclusive to PC.

Delta Force – Black Hawk Down campaign console release explained

Tomorrow, February 21st, the developers have announced that the Black Hawk Down campaign will be available for free. For those playing on PC, this is fantastic news! However, if you’re planning to play on PlayStation or Xbox, there’s still a wait as the port hasn’t been released yet. You can learn more about it in our separate article.

Luckily, the game is scheduled to come out on the most recent console models, complete with a complimentary campaign. Regrettably, an exact release time hasn’t been disclosed yet. At this moment, it’s speculated that the launch will take place in the first part of the year, although there are rumors that it might be delayed due to the late mobile version release.

As an enthusiast, I’m holding onto the optimism that the console release of Delta Force will proceed smoothly, given the developers’ mention towards the end of 2024 that they’re currently conducting internal tests on the console port. However, it’s important to remember that this is not yet confirmed information, so let’s keep our fingers crossed and carry on with hope!
